What the Scholarship Covers

The Karl Tanswell Scholarship provides:

• Fully funded membership to train at SBG Manchester, granting access to all classes and facilities.
• Mentorship from experienced coaches to help athletes develop their skills, mindset, and discipline.
• Support for competition fees to encourage participation in events and tournaments.

Eligibility Criteria

The scholarship is open to individuals who:

• Show a strong commitment to martial arts and personal development.
• Demonstrate financial need or face personal hardships.
• Embrace the values of SBG Manchester, including respect, discipline, and a willingness to grow.
• Are aged 16 or older (exceptions can be made for exceptional young athletes).
